Rates
Traditional Rooms Single/Double $129.00 plus 12.5% tax
Deluxe Rooms Single/Double $149.00 plus 12.5% tax
Children under 18 years old staying in the same room as
their parents are free.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to
hold your reservation. Such deposit shall serve
to confirm the reservation for the date (s)
indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to
the first night of the reserved stay. This
deposit is refundable if notice is received at
least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and
a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits
shall be charged at the time the reservation is
made.
Cut-off Date: December 11, 2008
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the
special INFORMS rates. We anticipate that rooms
will sell quickly and advise you to make
reservations early, well before the cut-off date
of December 11, 2008. After that date,
reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates
on a room available basis.
Rates include complimentary high-speed Internet
access in guest rooms and in the hotel lobby.
