Submissions

There are two categories of submissions: (i) refereed full papers for inclusion in the hardcover printed conference volume, and (ii) papers for presentation only, whose abstracts are screened for suitability for the conference.

Refereed Papers for the Conference Volume

Refereed papers for the conference volume are limited to 6,000 words and should be submitted as a PDF file via the online submission portal. Accepted papers for the conference volume must be prepared using a style format supplied by the publisher, Springer Science+Business Media LLC. You may find it more efficient to prepare the first version of the paper using the conference style files (see below). A paper accepted for the conference volume must be presented at the conference.

Authors of accepted papers:

• Use Springer's Word and LaTeX style files.
• Complete copyright transfer agreement (link coming soon) and fax to editors at +1-613-520-5727.

Papers for Presentation

Submit an abstract of less than 200 words, not containing formulas, references or abbreviations, via the online submission portal. Check the "abstract only" box. The names of all authors and affiliations should be provided, with the presenting author listed first.
